Anubis2702
Hello, After I upgraded from ps 1.7.2 to 1.7.3.1 I am unable to update some modules, this is the error I get: Cannot extract module in /httpdocs/app/cache/prod/sandbox/5acf6d7ce72fe/ to get its name. I checked and the sandbox is creating this folder with the permission 777. Can anyone help me to fix this?
Ausgirl
I had the same problem. Advanced Perimeters -> Performance -> Smarty -> Template compilation from the drop down -> Recompile templates if the files have been updated. Save I was then able to update modules. Hope that helps

Kunsthelden
Dear all, We use 1.7.4.2 and had today suddenly the same issue. Before that it always worked. We could solve it by setting Advanced Perimeters -> Performance -> Smarty -> Template compilation from the drop down -> Recompile templates if the files have been updated and deactivate smart cash for CSS / JS files. Kindly
roms
Hi All, I had the problem, which wasn't solved also with Smarty compile. Actually, I just had to connect to the marketplace (up right in the module section) and all upgrades worked just fine. That's so wierd Prestashop didn't manage an explicit error message for that. Have a good day, hope it'll help.
