[SOLVED] Delay when loading pages

Whenever ANY link on my site is clicked (categories, CMS, products, etc) there is a 15 second delay where is seem the shop does nothing... then the page loads quickly. I've exhausted the methods for fixing slow db connections (problems with many products or multiple categories), but that doesn't fit with my shop as we only have around 100 products and maybe 15 categories. Any ideas would be appreciated. My site is here: www.canadacardworld.com. I'm using prestashop 1.2.5

EDIT: We had an RSS feed displayed in a block which was running very slow... because it was in a block it was displayed on every page causing every page to have this 15 second delay
