Using Prestashop to take telephone orders?

Hi All, is there a way of using prestashop in addition to the online method to take telephone orders ands input as an administrator the orders and be able to manipulate prices on the fly for that oprder etc, any help would be appreciated.

I suppose it is possible. Although not from the back end, you would have to use the front end to do that.

There is a pay by phone module at http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/14680/P30/third_party_modules/module_pay_by_phone_module_v0_dot_9 but this requires the customer to order online then phone you to complete the payment.
