how to display only products with supplier or manufacturer A within certain category?

this is a bit complex.

suppose i have 3 categories: MP3, laptop, headphone
i have total 3 suppliers: apple, sony, bose

apple has mp3 and laptop
sony has mp3 and laptop and headphone
bose has headphone


When i choose MP3 in the top navigation, on the left i have supplier list, showing all the supplies.

Can I make it so that it only shows the supplier with the MP3 category?

so its like when i click the MP3 category, the supplier list is only apple and sony
when i click headphone, it is only sony and bose

how to do that?
which files to edit?

It's not an easy change. There is a paid module here that does it.
