How do I not show taxes on products?

In the past, ordering things online and on my own sites it shows the taxes for the products at check out, not on the product description is there a way to change that? I looked and didn't seem to see a setting for it.

*Note:*
- I have changed the "groups" to exclude tax,
- modified the products.js page under the themes directory. I deleted the 223-268 lines (that should be close to what I deleted)

And the tax still shows up.

I was having problems with this also and searched the forum. Not sure if you tried, but did you modify the Default group?

For others who come across this thread (like I did)
You need to modify the Default customer group or create a customer group to set whether or not they will see the tax.
Admin Panel>Customers>Groups> then edit the Default group.

It worked for me, I no longer see the tax included in the price.

I'm experiencing this same problem in v.1.3.2.3. I'm getting incredibly frustrated with 'taxes' in PS altogether! Does anyone know what the problem here is. This happens when I'm logged in as a user with the billing/shipping address set to the taxed state. I've set the Default group to show tax excluded..but it STILL shows on my product list! What the heck??
