[SOLVED] new PS installed in sub-folder but URL doesn't work

I don't know if it's a .htaccess problem or not.

The thing is that I linked a folder of an existing FTP server to be the home of a different domain.

mercaropa.com --> /

mjgamers.com --> /MJGAMERS/

I created that link through the Control Panel of my hosting. It works perfectly but the problem started when I installed another PS into that sub-folder.

If I go to http://www.mjgamers.com/ the PS doesn't display the shop correctly (the theme is not loaded) BUT if I go to http://www.mercaropa.com/MJGAMERS/ then everything is perfect.

I think I configured the Canonical URL v1.3 HOOK correctly: Canonical URL www.mjgamers.com without any / at the end.
Inside "Preferences" I configured the PS Directory as /MJGAMERS/
I configured the Friendly URL:

The .htaccess file was filled with the same information as I can see in mercaropa.com. But the canonical URL doesn't work.

What could it be?

Obviously... if the PS considered www.mjgamers.com as its default domain, then inside “Preferences” I had to configure the PS Directory as a single bar / not /MJGAMERS/

As soon as I changed that everything worked perfectly.

It was my fault.
