Warning about O2 theme and leotheme in general

I've got the  O2 Fashion Store theme from leotheme some weeks ago, it's one of the most expensive but I loved it. I worked on adapting the theme and I've asked questions to the developer. Once  I got my page almost ready I noticed that a button was not working correctly so I told the developer, he asked me for all my permissions to check it, I trusted him and give him all access. His solution (without telling me!) : install again the theme !! So as you know : I lost all my work on adapting the theme !!! And now no one is answering my emails at leotheme. Very very unprofessional.
