Problem with uploading pictures for the products, using Drag and Drop nor Select the File.

Cannot (Click on) upload products images using the Select file method or the Drag and Drop!

I tried to disable all non-prestashop modules, i tried all types of web browser... same results
Any suggestions ?

its worth to mention that i'm getting 2 errors while inspecting the page "main.bundle.js:292"

PrestaShop version: 1.7.3.0

After installing some themes.. and clearing the cache or (just) changing some options in the Performance tab.. some important files are getting missed in "/app/cache/prod/twig"

Best Solution till now is to make a copy of the (twig) before clearing the cache, (while Prestashop still working fine...)
and when the problem appear copy-back the good (twig) folder and delete the corrupt (twig).... in many cases i found the (B9) the most important and responsible for this conflict!

i upload it a good copy of (B9), just create "b9" folder in the "twig", unzip the file and put it in the "b9" folder!
