rocky
This feature has been added to PrestaShop v1.4. Unfortunately, until it is released, you must use FTP to manually upload images to a directory like /upload/images/ then use enter an image URL like /upload/images/image.jpgIf you really can't wait, you can try adding the file uploader yourself. See here.
ghostq
i have a site that use v1.4 but i don't find this function in v1.4,
rocky
It is there, but it's only just been added, so it's a little buggy. You must have your admin directory set to admin-dev for it to work, which is a bug that's marked to be fixed. To access it, click on the "Insert / Edit image" button (the tree icon) on the TinyMCE editor, then click the Browse button next to the Image URL field. This will open the AJAX File Manager. Click the Upload link at the top to upload a file. You should then see it appear in the list of files. Click the checkbox next to the filename, then click the Select button. The image URL should then be automatically added to the Image URL field. Click the Insert button to insert the image. All the images you upload will be stored in the img/cms directory on your server.

rocky
The AJAX File Manager is in v1.4.0.2, which is on SVN and hasn't been released yet. The product image upload hasn't been improved. It still requires you to upload images one at a time.
