Display Subcategory Subcategories

In my Category page I want to do the following:
I have a list of Subcategories by default, and next to each subcategory I need to add a list of it's subcategories.
So it would look like this:

My parent category-> Subcategory-> Subcategory list
-> Subcategory-> Subcategory list

I have tried various category.php and category.tpl changes with no luck and in the forum I just found several similar questions without answers.
Please help.

do you mean there is problem for displaying level 3 subcategory? or level 4?

The problem is displaying the subcategories in the category page in the center, not the category tree in the block.
