Radu Posted April 9, 2018 Share Posted April 9, 2018 Hello, I would like to send private messages to customers from Order Detail but it's seems that the mail it's not being sent. After I click on Send Message appear the message "Comment successfully added." but the email not arrive to the customer. The email settings it's set up on "Advanced Parameters" -> "Emails", and the customers receive emails on status changes. But it's seems that in Private Message case it's not working. bellini13 Posted April 10, 2018 Share Posted April 10, 2018 When you sent the message, did you select "Yes" to the "Display to customer" field before clicking send message button? Because it's easy to forgot to set it to yes, and after the message has been added there's no indication if the message has been sent to the customer or not.
