Mail alerts problem - partially corrupted text in mails subject line when using Hebrew

Hello,

When I get mails that are not order states mails, as contact form message, or order confirmation message (that the customer gets), the Hebrew text in the subject line is partially OK, and partially corrupted.

In the subject line of the message - the shop name appears correctly (in Hebrew), but the text that is taken from lang.php is corrupted like "����ä ����ñ ����ú ��ø".

The message body is OK as well.

Order states mails that are OK - shop name and order state text are OK in the subject line.

Please help me to figure out the problem of the encoding of the Hebrew characters in the subject of these mails.
