Why not to use version 1.1 for little online store?

Hallo guys and girls and Presta Master Crew.

my question is why not to use the version 1.1 as an little online store?
because it is verry powerfull.
i know it will still have bugs.
but that is no problem.
is the shop safe from hackers? the beta2?
if yes the bugs will come out them self.

another question.
how to update the feuteres in the v1.0?
because i have customers in my shop and i like to have my images and attributes.

its not recommended to use it for a live store as parts with be buggy look at previous rcs and you will get what i mean it takes awhile to clean out bugs then a new rc is released and so forth till the final version which is less bugy and better suited to an online shop. I have been waiting for awhile and only am using the new rc to test theme compatibility not for actual use so maybe waiting would be wise.

you will be able to update your existing shop, so you can use your customers, attributes, ... (all thinks )

but like nerdygurl wrote: it's not recommended until this version is considered as stable

Main reason - developers can't guarantee for you, that you can upgrade your beta 2 to beta 3 with all products etc.

IF you were to do this, then I think you would be wise to make backups at each stage, so that should the worst come to the worst, then you can go back to using the older "stable" version.

It would certainly be a test of the code

Then i will use some of the modules like the users online, the watermark etc.
But how will i be able to ad this to my 1.o version without breaking the database links?
Can you give me a hint?
And no, i will never blame the developers of Prestashop if the site goes down. ;-)
then it will be my fault.

if you can give me a bit advise of how to install the modules i wil be glad.
