holda29 Posted October 13, 2010 Share Posted October 13, 2010 Hi, I accidentaly ulogged from my BO and now I am unable to log in again. I checked my browser for saved password, to be sure that I am typing in the right one. When I tried to send password by mail, I get no iso code for email . I found that this problem can be caused by wrong value in db and tryed to fix it. But now I am unable to login to my BO and can not sent mail with lost password (although I think I am typing it right)Any ideas? gdinari Posted October 13, 2010 Share Posted October 13, 2010 Sorry to hear that.Check this link out here, there is a handy tool to create a new admin and log back into the BO.Its simple to use.
