Enable/Disable shop - Maintenance

Hi guys,

 

I am struggling to fin the maintenance under the performance page while I am trying to disable shop in order to perform upload back_up version of the DB. I ma using PrestaShop 1.7.3

 

That's what it says in documentation on the PrestaShop when creating the back_up

1. Set "Enable Shop" to "No" in the "Maintenance" page under the "Preferences" menu.

 

However, I cannot find the maintenance section. 

 

Any suggestions?

I had this same issue this morning.. On my desktop the "tab" is not there... I tried from my phone and can't log into the backend at all... but from my laptop, it worked great... (all on chrome)
 

GO to shop parameters, click on general.. then click on the maintenance tab

 

if you can't find it, try another browser, or version of your browser

Hi , Thanks , it works well now but it is on completelly different place where the documentios says. So it's rather confusing.

I am facing the same Issue, However I cant configure it on my phone as well. Whenever I go to the General TAB it takes me to the dashboard. Needs a little help. thanks

Hi

I have a version of prestashop 1.6.1.6

But I can´t find in the menu on the left the "preferences" or the "Shop Parameters"  so I am not able to "dissable" the shop.

Not sure what to do in this case.  I tried to open the backoffice in explorer but it was the same.

With my credentials, I do have the rest of the menu and can do modifications as well.

Please anyone knows what can I do?
