SimonT
Hi All!I've currently been setting up my prestashop site and am nearly ready to 'open the doors'! I just have a problem with the shipping charges in my cart. I've configured the carrier to only ship to the UK and set up the weight per item, also the charges per weight. Everything is fine so far. When I'm testing the shop if I have an odd number of items in the cart, the shipping charges are correct. If I have an even number of items in the cart, the shipping charge reverts to the maximum charge.eg.Items = 1 - £4.99, shipping £2.22Items = 2 - £9.98, shipping £8.72Items = 3 - £14.97, shipping £2.74Items = 4 - £19.96, shipping £8.72Items = 5 - £24.95, shipping £3.25Items = 6 - £29.94, shipping £8.72 etc. etc. etc.The only thing I can find in the Back Office is in Shipping > Carriers > edit, and that is a selection called "Out Of Range Behaviour" - because the selection is set at "Apply the cost of the highest defined range".Why is having an even number of items in the cart out of range behaviour???? I've checked soooooo many times & each item has the correct weight & each shipping option has the correct charge. Can anyone help before I lose my sanity (and another nights sleep)??????!!!!!!!!!Thanking you in advance, Simon(As someone new to the forums I hope I've put this in the right place!!!) rocky
Most likely, your ranges aren't overlapping. Make sure your ranges are like 0-1, 1-2, etc, not 0-0.9, 1-1.9, etc.
