Choose Shipping Option is Black ( Can't find the CSS )

Okay this is really annoying , I have used Google Inspect Element and Firefox CSS Webmaster tools to see if I can edit this content and after 1 hour still cannot find this in the global.css.

I have search the global.css for all black , #000 and #000000 and still nothing.

It appears on the choose delivery option only (see screenshot)

I was editing the wrong global.css , for those that want to know its this

table.std tr.item td, table.std tr.item th { background-color: #fff; }
