[SOLVED] How to adjust email templates

Hi guys,

I would like to learn how I can adjust the email which is sent out to the customer once a product has been bought.

I would like to adjust those emails in style of my shop. I couldn't find this in the backoffice and don't know which files/code need to be adjusted.

Any help is appreciated.

Go in main prestashop directory and find the folder named "mails". You will find all the emails in there.

Hope it's all what you want.

The order emails are located elsewhere though.

For those you need to go into Modules > mailalerts

I have found the emails as well, but the part where I need help is where I can adjust the colours (pink) and design, logo etc.

I have the feeling that I am overlookings something quite obvious, but I can't find it.

Logo is via Preferences > Appearance in your Back Office.

Other colours are adjusted via CSS I think. But it's probably best to point out specifically what you're after and we can work from there.

OK clear.

Let's start with how to change the pink colour to a blue colour.

I'm not sure if this is driven by CSS but if it's not you would look at the code and tweak the colour code, here's an example:

            Order details

See where it says DB3484, you would need to change this.

I knew that I was missing something very obvious. I just had to open de .html file with notepad++ to adjust the template and colours.

hi,

i've done everything specified here but, for some reason one email is still in pink! once a user signs up to our site- they receive their login which is fine, after i autorise the account, they receive a pink email saying account has been authorised. Any idea where i can find the html file for this
