Error 500 BO Module, Catalog

The error occurs when I try to enter the section "Modules"

 

and when I try to enter section "Catalog"

Prestashop 1.7.3 

Theme: Classic (default theme)

Please ensure the file /backoffice_folder/themes/new-theme/template/components/layout/employee_dropdown.tpl exists.

It could be a server problem (time-out) during loading of that file, or a rights permission problem to that file, and as well tantan199 said the file completely missing on the place your server is seeking for it.

You should check if the file ( /yourbackofficefolder/themes/new-theme/template/components/layout/employee_dropdown.tpl) is available and has enough rights (0644 chmod). If it is the case, so the message could be a temporary error message due to an overload of your server.
