Broken next/prev button on order.php

Hi All,

Is there a reason why the next button from the order.php on the frontend is suddenly gone.
It had worked before but now it just doesn't want to appear.

Ths is not only the next but also the previous button is gone. The shop seems to works as normal. You can still add stuff to the cart but you can't check out.

I have to say this happened after I put the shop in maintenance mode.
