Admin Page Coming UP Blank!!

Hi guys and gals,

I just upgraded my Presta shop from 1.3.1 to 1.3.2 and now when i am trying to login the admin area
it’s coming up blank….It’s the first time I am upgrading with Presta so I am really concerned about losing
all my data or something…Can someone please assist me?

Edit config/config.inc.php and temporarily change 'display_errors' from 'off' to 'on' so that you get an error message instead of a blank page, then post the error message here.

Ok I am not getting any error the page is just died blank with nothing on it....

I have the same problem, and here is the error message I am getting:

Actually, I did rename the ADMIN folder to ADMIN1234, if I access it like http://localhost:8888/alinash/shop/admin1234 , then I get the error message above, but if I enter directly http://localhost:8888/alinash/shop/admin1234/login.php , I do get the login screen correctly

i got the same problem, and also the front office is blank, theme was bought from http://www.prestashopthemes.net/premium-prestashop-theme and use two third party modules "blockaddthis" 'siteverification'' , i don't what the problem, no information shows up.

Doesn't seem to be related to the theme used. Try the default theme and any other free themes to confirm.

i already use the default themes and delect all third party modules, it is still white blank in front office and nothing in back office, i even upgrade to v1.4, it is still the same. it is nightmare to upgrade.

after renamed Admin Folder I figured a blank page


After restart the server returned to work with new folder name
