LukaM Posted April 3, 2018 Share Posted April 3, 2018 (edited) How to disable "linked orders" in Prestashop 1.7.3? I have products limited to certain carriers. When customer have them in cart during checkout his order is split in two orders (same reference different numbers) where one of them don't have carrier selected (as for his address we don't have carrier for this products - legal reasons). In PS 1.6 customer wasn't able to make order now he is, what cause us lot of problems. Any Idea how to turn it off? LukaM Posted April 3, 2018 Author Share Posted April 3, 2018 Few more details: If customer have only restricted products in cart he get correct information that there are no carriers for his address. When he have both (restricted and allowed) products order are split and linked order is created, even if there is no carrier for this address.
