jhnstcks
I just checked on firefox and also ie8, i use chrome most of the time, and didnt have any problems with any browser. Maybe its your browser cache?
bs
hi, I doubt that it is has to do with the browser cache because I have the same site installed on localhost, on my personal computer, and there is no problem with adding a product to the cart by Ajax. That's also eliminates the suggestion that it is a problem with my pc.Still I will check on other computers as well to see that all is working correctly, I'd hate to have a customer not being able to add products, I could loose costumers that way, so if the problem occurs on other computer as well, I will disable the Ajax configuration...If you have any other ideas, why it doesn't work from my computer for the moment, then I'd appreciate any further help,B. cercamon
I just today got a call from client reporting this very same error. She couldn't add products to the shopping cart.I tested in my end and could add products without any issue. Therefore I'm worried and want to know the origin of the problem, and how to prevent that it appears to visitors in the future.
bs
sure thing, I want to help you solve the issue, but there are two issues, one is that I have tested the adding product from another computer and it works fine. The computer(laptop) that issued the error, I have mistakenly spilled water on it, so it is broken at the moment, until I fix it I can't see the error, if the laptop is fixable, when it get's back form the computer store, I will check again if the problem still exists, one more thing, since I have moved an apartment it may have an affect on the result of this issue meaning that it might not prompt an error message because I moved a house, but that is just an assumption. hope to solve this issue together, I say that if it happened once it can happen again, and even to a customer, so the result will be loosing customers, and that is not good... I will let you know once my old laptop is back from the store.
