bork
I am also having the same problem. Can anyone shed any light on this? There doesn't seem to be anywhere to specify whether a particular product/attribute combination is available or not.
jhnstcks
You need to specify a quantity for every attribute you add, as this overrides the quantity on the inforation page.
bork
Thanks for your reply. There is a default quantity set to 1 for each attribute but it still doesn't show up. When I refresh the page, I can see the box "quantity 1" and the "add to cart" button but as the page finishes loading this is replaced by the missing availability message which is odd. I've tried changing the quantities to 10 for each attribute but this doesn't work either. I could really do with disabling quantities anyway. I'm trying to sell t-shirts and won't hold any stock myself but order direct from the supplier, so in effect quantity available is unlimited. bork
Ok, I have solved this. (I also upgraded to 1.1 beta but not sure that will affect the solution)On the "info" tab for the product, you need to fill in the fields:"Displayed text when in-stock:""Displayed text when allowed to be back-ordered:"I set these both to "in stock" and the shop now works as required. pipwood
I had same problem and solved it.My mistake was that I had put in colour red as an atrribute and I had put in size 150mm as an attribute. But this only gave me two separate attributes. To make the product come up as available in red, size 150mm they must be added at the same time.So under the attrubutes tab: I selected red and then ADD I selected 150mm and then ADD and only once they were both added clicked ADD AS ATTRIBUTEHope this helps.
