Jamesloker
Hi,I have a weird one here. One particular product im trying to add, works fine adding the details but for some reason no matter how i do it, wont add a product image. Ive tried deleting the product and re-adding it. Creating a new product in a different category.I tried renaming the file and uploading. Creating the product then going back in and adding the image. It allows other files just not this particular one. Ive checked and its definately a jpg. Any ideas?
XGhozt
I'd say first try to figure out what's causing it. Can you add the same product with a different image? What about the name of the image? What about the name of the product? Just start debugging, change one thing at a time until it works.
tomerg3
wont add a product image. Are you getting any error? a white screen?
shokinro
I guess it might be image size (too big) problem or image format problem (image is not in correct format).I had the same experience before because of image size.I suggest to try use a small image or other to see if the problem disappears. Jamesloker
Hi All,Thanks for your suggestions. I should have put that i did try resizing the image. The response when adding it is that the page reloads as per normal but only the backoffice navigation tabs are shown along with the Backoffice >> Catalog and underneath is blank. No product info.I think i will try changing it to a PNG file see if that cures the issue.
