ZenBasher Posted October 4, 2010 Share Posted October 4, 2010 Hi AllOK, I have the following shipping requirementsUK total order up to £30.00 shipping is £2.50UK orders £30.00+ shipping is freeAll international orders £4.00Simple right?I have set up three carriers:1. First Class Post 2. Orders Over £30.00 3. International ShippingI have set the zones for 1 & 2 for UK only, and 3. for all others excluding UKI have set the price range for 1. as £0.00 to £30.00 2. £30.00 to £10,000 and 3. £0.00 to £10,000I have set the fees for 1. £2.50 2. £0.00 3. £4.00I have set the Out-of-range options for 1 & 2 as 'Disable carrier'The international setting works perfectlyCan someone please explain to me why my UK customers get offered the free shipping option no matter how much they spend?
