[SOLVED] Where can I modify this block? (attached a jpg)

Hi!

I hope that somebody can help me. Which file (php, tpl...) include this, where can I modify? I must overwrite a few words.
(Otherwise my problem is the following:
The translate function of admin is brokened. I don't know how and why, but I can't translate anything since a week. The translate function is working but no effect in the front office. I think that I made the problem when I overwrited the theme folder and the version was different.)
