Emails not showing information

I have a problem with the 'Awaiting bankwire payment' email, when the customer orders they get the email and everything is fine, but if I press 'Change' in the order so the customer recieves the email again this comes:

{bankwire_owner}

{bankwire_details}

{bankwire_address}

Anyone know how to fix this ?
