FURANO Posted October 2, 2010 Share Posted October 2, 2010 我嘗試了購物車的訂購步驟,但發現如圖所示的問題,令訂購不能繼續,我應如果設定購物車資料才能讓顧客使用呢?另外,我的郵箱經常出現題為Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender的郵件,這是什麼緣故?我明明沒有使用過這郵箱去發電郵,亦嘗試過用其他郵箱發電郵到此郵箱,亦無問題,可是以上提及的郵件仍時常收到還有一個問題,就是我共開了兩個郵箱,包括[email protected]及[email protected],我在「後台>Preferences>Contact」和「後台>Preferences>Email」都把郵箱設成了order,但當使用站內發送消息功能時,消息是會發送到info,請問是否仍有其他地方需要設置更改郵箱呢? 21846657 Posted October 8, 2010 Share Posted October 8, 2010 1. 从截图看,你的carrier没有设置正确。建议到Back Office >> Shipping >> Carriers检查carrier的Zone有无包含截图所用的shipping address,或Out-of-range behavior是否设置为Disable carrier。2. 不明白这个问题。3. 请到Back Office >> Preferences >> Contact设置Shop e-mail;Back Office >> Preferences >> Email仅作设置和测试使用。 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
