allQoo.com
I uploaded a CVS file saved in UTF-8 mode with Chinese characters in title and description. All those characters are screwed up even on import preview mode, they become:ئY]ɩ|إ]But when I enter the text manually, the shop shows up fine. What to do now? I have over 10,000 items to import!

jolvil
With V1.1 import tool you just have to check "Convert file to Unicode?" and it works fine.
allQoo.com
The new import fixes the unicode problem. But still I need help in making a CSV in correct format. My export has ^t as delimiter, and as shown on the following pic I have html code and comma in Description text.http://img523.imageshack.us/img523/5710/psss6.gifI tried to change Column separator and Field separator to both ^t, then the importer read only one empty column.I am using MS Office 2007, which does not allow me (or I don't know how) to change my separator symbol of a CSV file.Any suggestion?
