ecohappy
Hi everyone,I created an Analytics account for my shop (www.ecohappy.ie/shop/) and used the Google analytics module to install the code on my website, as far as i can tell the code is right and i have put the correct code in when configuring...some background info that may be relevant is that the site is redirected using a 301 redirect (from ecohappy.ie to ecohappy.ie/shop/) . using prestashop version 1.3.11.i have tried uninstalling the module - deleting the analytics account and setting up again from scratch. Each time waiting at least 24 hrs from when the little clock appears saying "waiting for data"... This time its been 3 days.i have also asked on the Google analytics forum but no help was offered, my shop is new and i really would like the stats to see how its going, Ive read nearly all the posts on this issue and none seem to have an answer that works for me.thank you in advance for your time, any help will be MASSIVELY appreciated-Astra
