payment gateways?

hello I am vary new to this system and I set up a merchant account with someone outside prestashop. I am trying to avoid paying a gateway setup fee and they said that if there is a gateway that uses any platform on the approved list I can avoid the setup cost her is the list they gave me.

"If your website or shopping cart already has a gateway than you certainly don't need to use ours.
Be sure to double check with that company to find out. Also, we need to make sure we use
compatible platforms. We use TSYS/Vital, Buypass, Memphis, and First Data."

Any one know if these will work with any gateway on prestashop or at least how I can find out.
