Presta won´t start - blank screen and error message

Hello, i copy my working prestashop root to new server, also i moved whole db....what should be the problem???
Back office work fine, but i can´t run shop....check this: http://techactiv.sk

It seems empty.
Did you copy the Ps in the right folder of your server?

yeah, of course. it´s in the same www_root directory
