SOLVED -external link html

Hi all

I am trying to create an external link to another website from a logo in my advertising block.

Please can anybody tell me where to add my http://www etc code in my files. Not really sure which area I should be looking at.

In modules->Advertising->configure you should see something like the picture

Unfortunately it is a special advertising block and there is no way to do this in the back office. It is going to have to be put in my files in my Cpanel.

I am looking for which file to put it in and how it should look in html.
