I want to set up sales of medical services on the site and sell pharmaceuticals. Are there any examples of such shops? I'm treating psoriasis, Lyme disease, hydatid cyst

There is no restriction on product type for Prestashop. These products are the same as each other product. But you should check if you can sell these products without any special license. Most of pharmceutical products are not allowed for open sale, by everybody.
