Jonny79
If i want to go back to 1.2.x from 1.3.x, is that any problem? or will it work?
rocky
It's not possible to downgrade PrestaShop. The best you can do is do a clean installation and then try to migrate the data, but it may be difficult. Why do you want to downgrade? You will just be undoing the many bug fixes made between v1.2 and v1.3. You are better off trying to fix v1.3 instead.
Jonny79
Hi, The problem is with the new one (1.3.x) is that is slower than the old one (1.2.x). I see a big difference i you count in seconds. I have tried a couple of your tips to make the site faster. Do you know when a fix i up that fix the slow problem for the latest prestashop? rocky
It's odd, since PrestaShop added caches and indexes in v1.3 to speed up PrestaShop. I'm not sure why it is slower for some people. I know that more work has gone into improving the performance of v1.4.If you give me a link to your site, I'll do an analysis on it to figure out why it is slow.
