Error location on customer registration

Hi all!

I've been having a hard time with Prestashop (1.6.0.14), which I sort of picked up on the go. I actually I have three problems, but would be really grateful with help on at least one of them

1. When a new user wants to create an account and gets an error, the error shows up at the top of the form, with no notification, which means there's a chance they won't see it. How can I either make the error list be displayed just above the "submit" button, i.e. at the end of the form/below it.

2. If I disable guest checkout, the new user creation form appears 'open' when a user enters the checkout page. Is it possible to set it to closed, i.e. allow the user choose whether he wants to login or he requires to create an account? 

3. If the user clicks on sign-in, the user creation option disappears and there's no back button. So ideally I have only two options (sign-in/create account) which appear collapsed on page load and then they expand alternatively based on what the user selects.
