Mandala
HiMy site has just gone live so this problem is quite urgent. When my customers are checking out, international shipping of £5.50 is added to their cart as normal, and when it gets to the payment processor, it's added again! Does anybody know how to fix this please? Thanks
Mandala
Also I should state that it's almost certainly not a setting with the payment processor - so it must be in Presta somewhere. This is quite urgent so any feedback at all would be appreciatedThanks...
rocky
Which payment module are you using? If you are using PayPal, the only thing I can think of is that you forgot to follow these instructions: In My account > Profile > Shipping Calculations - check Click here to allow transaction-based shipping values to override the profile shipping settings listed above I can't think of any other reason why the shipping would be charged twice. Mandala
HiThe payment processor is AlertPay. I bought the module from [Link censored by Patric - Illegal content on this website] - and the support offered is poor. There's a couple of options in the module itself - "show item detail" Yes or No, where the contents of the cart is displayed (or not) at the payment processing screen. If I set it to Yes, it actually appears to work ok, but if I set it to No then it takes the total of the cart (including the shipping) and adds the shipping again. Also, I noticed that I set it to 'Yes' yesterday and it had appeared to reset itself (in fact, neither option was ticked - and it was adding shipping twice). Strange....Does anyone know of a better AlertPay module? Thanks for any help
frank.paoile
Did you find a fix? I have the same issue with the standard Paypal module thats installed. I have "allow transaction-based shipping values to override the profile shipping settings" ticked.Cheers
