Can't Login...can't retrieve password!

I reset my password the other day and it worked fine. Today I can't log in and when I try and reset the password, it tells me: regenerate your password only each 360 minute(s)

Someone help. I need access to me store please!

You can create a new admin - have a look at this http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/66207/installing_prestashop/solved__problem_with_prestashop

Once you get access you can change how often you can change your password: BO --> Employees

Thanks for the help. I will give this a try. Is this a bug in Prestashop? It seems like it is to me if I can't reset my password.

I don't think it's a bug. Like I wrote, you can change the frequency of how often a user can change password once you are in your BO. As default this is set to 360 minutes. Try changing it to 5 minutes instead.

I am have same problem after installation, don't let me login and dont send password reset link to email...

Maybe it helps, maybe it doesn't - but it worked for me. Delete the cookie.php file (via ftp) in prestashop/classes. Then try to launch your admin page in your web browser. Then reupload your backed up copy of the cookie.php file to the same place (prestashop/classes) and relaunch or refresh your web browser and it should now let you log in.
