Prestafan1234
You can create a new admin - have a look at this http://www.prestashop.com/forums/viewthread/66207/installing_prestashop/solved__problem_with_prestashopOnce you get access you can change how often you can change your password: BO --> Employees
thebirdbath
Thanks for the help. I will give this a try. Is this a bug in Prestashop? It seems like it is to me if I can't reset my password.
Prestafan1234
I don't think it's a bug. Like I wrote, you can change the frequency of how often a user can change password once you are in your BO. As default this is set to 360 minutes. Try changing it to 5 minutes instead. jdmorrisn
Maybe it helps, maybe it doesn't - but it worked for me. Delete the cookie.php file (via ftp) in prestashop/classes. Then try to launch your admin page in your web browser. Then reupload your backed up copy of the cookie.php file to the same place (prestashop/classes) and relaunch or refresh your web browser and it should now let you log in.
