Error loading prestashop

When loading up Prestashop using the installer I got an error (only one ;-)

System and permissions - php settings (modify via your php admin software)

Your configuration is invalid. Please fix the issues below:

Allowed to create new files and folders

Anyone pinpoint what would cause this and which files I need to gain permissions on??
