Here's the requirement i need for the customization

1.  Upgrade to 1.7 x
2. For eg I have some upcoming products(will be available in next 3-6 month) and I wants pre-order for them. In pre-order process user have to pay some amount (deposit) at the time of order and rest amount later. Payment will be done via wire transfer. Now I want an extra field to add deposit amount which will be paid by the customer at the time of order. And remaining amount will later. For Example: Let any product has price $1000 and you want $200 as deposit and rest $800 later. 
3. Customization of loyalty point For eg current prestashop is only able to set a 1 off loyalty point system. I would like to have the ability to set special point system for each product. For eg the ability to set double point /triple point reward for certain product 
4. Payment method customization ( is a simple modification)
5. Redesign a better theme . (  we have in mind that can show you the example)
