pasko
chmod is a access permission on files. You have to go on your server, to your Prestashop installation./prestashop/imgYou have to change chmod access to 777 for the "img" folder and subfolders and files... rocky
You need to click on a row, then click the "Change Permissions" button at the top.
Fabio Jesus
I used Filezilla and changed the permissions of the folder img and all its subfolders and files to 777. Then i uploaded a new image to test it but the problem remains. Any other solution that you can think of?thanks

Fabio Jesus
I changed CHMOD to 777 not only to /img/ file, but all files for products images in those files – with checking also the box for subfolders. Then I regenerated thumbnails again. Still it is not working. Anyone knows how to solve this?thanks
