Help in customization of Upload!

Hi Guys,

I'm kinda trying to integrate an upload artwork into my printsite, I have managed to get some things to work, can anyone help in how I can rename the files uploaded to order numbers so i know which files clients have uploaded for which order and get those download url to the files email to me with the order ?

I have integrated the upload of image into the address section when completing payment etc..
