“Unable to retrieve BO password via email”.

Hi I am having problems logging into my admin control panel when I put in my e-mail and password I get an error message saying.

There is 1 error
1. employee does not exist, or bad password

So then I tried clicking on forgot password and then I put in my e-mail address and I got this message.

There is 1 error
1. this account doesn’t exist

Please let me know what I need to do.

Hi I am having trouble logging in to the back end of my Presta Shop with the e-mail and password that I used while loading Presta Shop to server. And when I try to use forgot password with the e-mail address it gives me an error message that it is a invalid e-mail.

So what should I do to get my password and e=mail in order to log in.

1. When I installed my shop.
2. I send a test email.
3. And it did reach me.
4. It Did not return any errors?
