SEO isn't working at my website

Hi can someone help me correct my SEO problem.... I have created the .htaccess file > enable the Friendly URL at the back office and plus double check to make sure that every catergoie and product has a friendly URL but still I am getting a " 404 Error Page Not Found"

Can someone please help me correct this problem?
I really would love to have that SEO working correctly.

After you created the htaccess file did you generate the content?

If its the site in your signature i cannot see a problem, products display fine, the url isnt friendly, but i am not getting any erros.

Ok let me enable the Friendly URL because its currently disable and yes I did generate the content for the .htaccess file

ok it has nothing in files John and it's strange because I have Generated the ".htaccess" file and the system is saying Update Successful but when I trying viewing the content of the file it's blank....So i believe that's the problem there

I suspect the permissions on the file arent correct. Change the permission on that file to 666, use the generater, check to see if it has content if it does that was the problem. If it works ok change the permissions back to 644

Hey John, Thanks alot bro it was set on Permission 666 but i placed it back to 664 and it worked....Thanks alot again you guys are the best!!!
