Add a Quizz before paiment

I would like to add a quizz before the paiment. I want to ask one our to questions to my customers before they valide their basket.

Is it possible?

It would be difficult, but possible. I don't understand why you would want to do it though. I think it would lead to many abandoned carts. You should make it optional to provide feedback.

Yes, i now, but the aim of my wibesite is note to sell product. I will propose free music to download. Before donate this music, i want to know for what use is it?
I dont want to record that in the data base, i just want a mail with informations.

The easiest way would be to make the order message a required field and change it's label to say "What will you be using this music for?", and change the error message to "Please explain what you will be using this music for." To do any more than that, you will need to modify the database and add new fields, which is difficult.
