There is zero documentation on this that I can find. I did manage to find the person who puts out a module - here. Download it, then upload the zip file from your Back Office in Modules > Add a Module. Then configure it. Once you do that, it will give you the URL for the feed and you can submit that to Google Base in your merchant account.

It would be really good for new people if there was some documentation on this. Not everyone knows about this kind of stuff...

That is the one I was talking about. Sorry I forgot to add the link.
If you'd like to be part of a testing group for modifications I have made to the module, let me know. I will post
the modifications l have made later.

The modifications I have made to this module adds these features to Paul's basic module.
# It supports different export formats. XML or text (with different delimiters)
# It supports FTP, either by button press or auto-ftp after feed is generated.
# It supports override of condition. You can now enter a value to override ‘new’ as the condition.
# It supports selection of the Primary Product Type directly from Google Base’s taxomnomy. If the taxonomy file is older than 30 days it will download it from Google’s server again.
# It fixes problem with the can_write function where it was trying to write a directory if you did not add the filename to the Output Location.
# It allows you to set the feed flag for taxing of shipping, the feed produced by his code hard-coded to 'n'
# It also allows you to specify an alternate column in ps_product for your image. We use a column named `hack_image`. It makes import and a lot of other things much easier. We do not allow multiple images per product so this works for us very well. Leave the value blank if you use the standard way of storing your product images.

If you want to be a beta tester, let me know via PM. I'm formatting an installation today.
