Shipping. Carrier, zones.
Can anyone help me? I want to have two weight classes that I send with a carrier and a weight class to be paid and picked up.
Weight ranges
post = 0 - 0.9 kg
item = 1 - 2 kg
Collect = 0000-2000 kg

First you create the transporters
Back Office >> Shipping >> Carriers

Next you create the weight ranges for these transporters.
Back Office >> Shipping >> Weight ranges

Finally, you define the tax fee for each Zone/transporter/weight.
Back Office >> Shipping

In carriers i have:
Posten
Hamtning

In weight ranges:
Hamtning 5.1 - 15 kg
Hamtning 15.01 - 2000 kg

Posten 0.1 - 1 kg
posten 1.01 - 2 kg

Zones i have:
Hamtning
Posten

Country:
Sverige

I have no Choose a delivery method in produkt in weight ranges posten.

If i test order Hamtning is ok
Posten not show Choose a delivery method

One tip is that you should be using 5 - 15 kg, 15 - 2000 kg, etc instead of 5.1 - 15kg, 15.01 - 2000 kg. The ranges should overlap so there are no gaps.

If you have "Posten" set up with weight ranges and you have set the carrier to be in the zone of the currently-logged-in customer's address and you've entered prices for that carrier on the Shipping tab, then it should work.

What do you have set as the out-of-range behaviour? If it is set to "Disable carrier", perhaps the cart weight is out-of-range and the carrier was disabled.

But when I have a package to say 13 kg, then "posten" is still listed as alternatives and then choose, the customer of course that when it is cheaper.

How can I do to show only ONE shipping options depending on weight, not all regardless.

I have a package of 13 kg and Weight ranges 0-1, 1-2, 2-3 with a carrier1 and 3.5-2000 kg with a carrier2.(1 Zones and =1 Countrys. When I go to checkout, two carriers not only the carrier who transport heavy packages. the customer of course take carrier1, when it is cheaper.

How can I do to show only ONE shipping carrier depending on weight, not all carriers.

You should set the "out-of-range behavior" of carrier 1 to "disable carrier" so that it is not displayed when the total cart weight is greater than 3 kg.

i have 2 carries and 2 paymentmetods.
