Mails-question + cart-question

Hi!

I have 2 questions.

Question 1 - Mails (.txt och .html)

My first question is about the "Mails-folder" (that contains different order-statuses that will be sent to the costumer when changed). I've edited an .txt file here but nothing changes.

How do i do so that it'll be changed?


Question 2 - Cart

I have 2 freight-carriers, carrier 1 and carrier 2. Carrier 1 is cheaper than no 2.

If a costumer puts a product that uses the cheaper carrier 1, it'll automatically show Carrier 2's price in the cart. This can be changed when confirming order but this scares costumers when seeing this directly.

I've tried to change so that Carrier 1 is the standard carrier, but then all products using carrier 2 shows Freight = 0 when putting them in the cart.

Any ideas how to solve this?
