language deactivate --> old url language shows to default language

I deactivate 2 language on my shop to first put all products and then when i will have more time I will add different language for all products. Now i have a problem and it's that google indexed urls like: link www.myshop.com/lang-ca/ and when u enter to it, it shows the content of www.myshop.com.

Any tip?

PD: i use Duplicate URL Redirect module

I'm afraid of duplicate content. After some time, the old page are still indexed and show the content of the actual pages instead of redirecting it to the correct page
